These 2 luxury holiday flats are in a small purpose-built block looking towards Inverness Castle.
Located in the city centre, but off the main roads.
3 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, city centre.
5 minutes walk to riverside walks, Eden Court Theatre, railway station.
There is a private parking space for each flat, off road, at the rear of the building.

THE ACCOMMODATION
Both flats have:
- 2 bedrooms (double and twin)
- Bathroom with shower
- TV, phone (honesty box)
- Kitchen with fridge, freezer, washer / tumble drier, electric cooker with extractor hood, microwave.
- Heating is by electric night store, with additional electric heaters.
Number 10 (on 1st floor) has a balcony and seat accessed from the living room.
Number 4 (on 2nd and 3rd floors) has a separate dining room, a penthouse lounge with panoramic view over the town and to the hills beyond.
This kitchen includes a dishwasher. The shower in this bathroom is a walk-in cubicle.

INVERNESS
The apartments are an ideal base from which to tour the Highlands either by car, coach, or on the famous Kyle of Lochalsh rail line.
The bustling capital of the Highlands has an excellent selection of shops and restaurants, plus many places where you can hear traditional music. The nearby airport has regular flights from London, East Midlands, Manchester and other parts of the UK.

LOCH NESS & AREA
A short drive from Inverness are Culloden Battlefield, Clava Cairns, Fort George, Cawdor Castle, Brodie Castle and many other historic attractions.
Loch Ness is close by. Discover the historic ruins of Urquhart Castle and an ancient chambered cairn surrounded by a circle of 11 standing stones. The floral villages of Drumnadrochit and Fort Augustus are popular tourist spots where boat trips are available.
To the south, explore Aviemore, the Cairngorm mountains and 'Monarch of the Glen' country.
For those without a car, numerous day tours by coach depart from Inverness city centre.

Rates £280 - £530 per week (includes electricity for stays up to 2 weeks).
Linen is provided.
No smoking. No pets.
Half the rent is payable on booking, the remainder three weeks before the beginning of the holiday.
